Karin Thomas Did I mention the nacho dip is baked? Use an 8x8 glass pan. Bottom layer is Tofutti Cream Cheese, next is refried beans, then salsa, then Daiya (I like the pepperjack), and top it off with diced bell and jalapeno peppers. Bake at 450 for about 20 mins until it's all melted! When it comes out of the oven, sprinkle with sliced green onions!
Grab a big bag of nacho chips and ENJOY!
I haven't met a single person yet who doesn't love this dip. :)
